Pokémon Gem Pack Vol. 2 is a Simplified Chinese Pokémon TCG release that launched in Mainland China on May 16, 2025. The set focuses on Eevee and all eight of its evolved forms, presenting the nine Pokémon through multiple illustrations, foil finishes, Pokémon V cards, Pokémon VMAX cards, and connected artwork.

PokeUnlimited previously used Gemstone Volume 2 as its customer-facing English name, so collectors may encounter both names when researching the same product. This guide uses the official informational name, Pokémon Gem Pack Vol. 2, and covers the set’s theme, all-foil pack configuration, rarity marks, major card treatments, and booster-box format.

Eevee and Its Evolutions

Gem Pack Vol. 2 centers on Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon. These nine Pokémon appear across different illustrations, card layouts, and foil treatments.

Collectors commonly refer to the eight evolved forms as the Eeveelutions. The set does not give every Pokémon an identical number of cards or finishes, and a booster box is not guaranteed to contain every member of the evolution line.

Four-Card All-Foil Booster Packs

Each Gem Pack Vol. 2 booster pack contains four randomly selected cards, and all four cards are foil. A sealed booster box contains 15 packs, producing 60 physical cards across the box.

“All foil” describes the card finish and does not mean that every card is a top-rarity pull. Duplicate cards may occur, and one box is not guaranteed to provide a complete set, a particular Pokémon, or a specific rarity.

Each pack follows this official rarity-mark configuration:

  • 3 cards marked ● or ◆
  • 1 card marked ★, ★★, or ★★★

The rarity guarantee applies at the individual pack level. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee that one booster box contains a ★★★ card or any particular card treatment.

Foil Treatments and Rarity Marks

Gem Pack Vol. 2 includes several visually distinct foil treatments. Confirmed examples include cards with Energy-type patterns and cards carrying a foil-stamped Gem Pack logo.

The official five-symbol rarity system uses ●, ◆, ★, ★★, and ★★★. These marks should be preserved when describing the release rather than being replaced with unofficial English rarity names.

The set also includes Pokémon V, Pokémon VMAX, foil Trainer cards, and foil Basic Energy cards. Selected Pokémon V cards use new illustrations, providing another visual variation within the Eevee-focused lineup.

Pokémon V and Pokémon VMAX Cards

The Pokémon V card lineup shown in the article features Eevee and all eight of its evolutions. The cards use individual artwork and type-specific designs for each Pokémon.

Pokémon VMAX cards are also included in the release, but the available product information does not mean that every featured Pokémon necessarily has both a V and VMAX card. Specific Pokémon V or Pokémon VMAX cards are not guaranteed in a pack or booster box.

Four Connected Illustration Cards

Four illustration foil cards form a continuous forest scene when placed side by side in this confirmed order:

  1. Leafeon
  2. Sylveon
  3. Umbreon
  4. Eevee

The shared artwork depicts the four Pokémon resting and playing within the same forest environment. Each card remains an individually randomized pull, so all four pieces are not guaranteed in one booster box.

Trainer and Basic Energy Cards

Gem Pack Vol. 2 is not limited to Eevee-themed Pokémon cards. Confirmed Trainer cards include Poké Ball, Level Ball, Quick Ball, and Penny.

The confirmed Basic Energy cards include Basic Lightning Energy, Basic Psychic Energy, and Basic Dark Energy. These cards also appear with foil treatments, although the complete range of possible finishes should be checked against the verified card list.

Gem Pack Vol. 2 Compared with Vol. 1

Both Gem Pack Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 use four-card all-foil packs and the same five rarity marks. Vol. 2 changes the featured theme to Eevee and its eight evolutions while introducing its own artwork, Pokémon V cards, foil treatments, and four-card connected illustration.
