One Piece Paramount War OPK-02 is the second Korean-language ONE PIECE CARD GAME booster release. It launched in South Korea on July 29, 2024, following Korean Romance Dawn OPK-01, and brings the established Paramount War card pool to Korean-language players and collectors.

The set draws heavily from the Marineford conflict while also including Navy, Impel Down, Land of Wano, FILM, and other card groups. This guide explains its eight Leaders, notable characters, official rarity structure, 27 parallel versions, six-card packs, and Korean booster-box configuration.

How OPK-02 Followed Korean Romance Dawn

Romance Dawn OPK-01 launched in South Korea on April 25, 2024. Paramount War followed about three months later as the second Korean-language booster set.

OPK-02 is the Korean sealed-product code. Individual cards retain numbers such as OP02-001 and OP02-013 because they belong to the established Paramount War card pool. The Korean release has its own language, packaging, release date, and regional configuration, so it should not be treated as identical to Japanese, English, or other OP-02 products.

Paramount War and Marineford Themes

Paramount War draws heavily from Marineford and the characters surrounding that conflict. The Whitebeard Pirates and Navy are major parts of the set, with Edward Newgate, Portgas D. Ace, Monkey D. Garp, Smoker, Borsalino, Sakazuki, Koby, and Kuzan represented across the checklist.

The release also includes Impel Down, Land of Wano, Straw Hat Crew, FILM, Neo Navy, Revolutionary Army, and Seven Warlords of the Sea cards. Not every card is directly tied to the Marineford battle.

The Eight Leader Cards

The official Leader lineup contains:

  • Edward Newgate
  • Monkey D. Garp
  • Kin’emon
  • Sanji
  • Emporio Ivankov
  • Magellan
  • Zephyr
  • Smoker

These Leaders support different deck themes, including Whitebeard Pirates, Navy cost reduction, Land of Wano, Impel Down, and FILM or Neo Navy strategies. Leader cards and parallel versions are randomized, so one box does not guarantee all eight Leaders or a specific Leader parallel.

Whitebeard, Ace, Navy, and Impel Down Cards

Edward Newgate appears as Leader OP02-001 and Super Rare Character OP02-004. Portgas D. Ace appears as Super Rare Character OP02-013, giving the Whitebeard Pirates a prominent role in the set.

Paramount War also expands black Navy strategies that reduce opposing Character costs before removing them. Smoker, Monkey D. Garp, Borsalino, Sakazuki, Koby, and Kuzan are key examples.

Emporio Ivankov and Magellan lead separate Impel Down strategies, while Zephyr introduces a purple-and-black FILM and Neo Navy option.

Uta, Kuzan, and the Rarity Breakdown

The Korean product contains 121 card types:

  • 8 Leader cards
  • 45 Common cards
  • 30 Uncommon cards
  • 26 Rare cards
  • 10 Super Rare cards
  • 2 Secret Rare cards

The Secret Rare cards are Uta OP02-120 and Kuzan OP02-121. Both also have parallel versions, but a base Secret Rare and a parallel are different visual treatments.

The official Korean product information confirms 27 parallel-version cards. These are alternate versions within the 121-card lineup, not 27 additional base card types. Not every card has a parallel, and a parallel or Secret Rare is not guaranteed in one box.

Korean Booster-Pack and Box Configuration

Each Korean OPK-02 pack contains six randomized cards. A sealed booster box contains 24 packs, producing 144 physical cards.

That does not mean 144 different cards. Duplicate cards may occur, and one box does not guarantee a complete set, a specific Leader, a Secret Rare, a parallel version, Portgas D. Ace, Edward Newgate, Uta, or Kuzan.

The official Korean product page does not list a box topper, promotional pack, or bundled bonus card. Bonus configurations from Japanese or English products should not be applied to the Korean release without separate confirmation.

Korean OPK-02 Versus Regional OP-02 Products

The Korean release uses the established Paramount War card pool, but regional sealed products can differ in language, product code, packaging, release date, promotional support, and collation.

OP-02 identifies the original expansion and appears in individual card numbers. OPK-02 identifies the Korean sealed booster product. Korean boxes should not be described as direct English reprints or assumed to include another region’s box topper, print finish, or pull rates.

Where to View the Card List and Booster Box

Use the official Korean ONE PIECE CARD GAME card search to review Korean set membership. The official English-language Paramount War card list is also useful for established English card names, numbers, colors, and rarity labels.

PokeUnlimited’s active Korean Paramount War OPK-02 Booster Box page provides current store information and product images. Price, availability, and sealed-case ordering options should remain on the product page.
